The conference brought together thousands of people from across the construction industry, all focused on one big theme: AI is transforming construction. It’s exciting to see how one of the most traditional industries is now open to real conversations about how AI can change the way they work. Last year there were only a few early talks about AI. This year, 17 out of 95 sessions had AI in their title. As an AI-first company with strong expertise in construction technology, we’re proud to be part of this global movement. 💡 AI Agents are no longer futuristic. They’re becoming part of our everyday workflows. At InConcept Labs, we recently helped a customer who was receiving hundreds of repetitive support requests through Gmail. Their challenge was simple but urgent: ➡️ Reduce the time their team spent drafting customer support replies. Our solution? We built a customer support AI Agent in just one week using n8n. 🔹 Version 1: A lightweight setup to draft replies in Gmail — quick to implement, but limited in context. 🔹 Version 2: A context-aware RAG-based AI agent that pulled knowledge from 5,000+ past email threads, stored in Pinecone, and generated grounded, accurate replies. The results: ✅ ~80% reduction in support effort ✅ Cost-effective (under $50/month) ✅ Fast to deploy and easy to grow This project proves two things: 1️⃣ You don’t need expensive models or months of dev time to build practical AI agents. 2️⃣ With tools like n8n, businesses of all sizes can automate repetitive workflows in just days.
