Rate 5 star becouse deserves it.. like everything for me and my kids , you can feel fresh and real in zara suits, comfortably and real good prices everyone can find dresses and feel perfectly good! talking about home delivery its really comfortable but i wish i have to wait less , anyway they are correct with packages . Love zara

The application is not well structured. If you want to write down bank details, it is not possible because it did not recognize it. Another concern is related to the chat. While I was contacting with one of the employees, the chat closed in the middle of discussion due to inactivity. As a result, the discussion closed and there is no option to reconnect/continue it. Therefore, I had to start another conversation with another person (three times on repeat 🙈) so you probably waste your time discussing your case multiple times and still you are not sure if they understood it. I am very disappointed

Very upset. My orders never come in time, the delivery everytime takes too long. Also they modified my order. Their excuse was that there was no sufficient stock. This is insane. If I made the purchase online it means that the app showed the item as available. So it doesnt make sense that later this item is no longer available. Why do you put online sizes and items that you dont have in stock? To make unhappy costumers? I wrote to the support chat and the girl didnt answer my questions she only copy pasted the script not solving a thing.

The quality of clothes that i order online for my baby boy is horrible. I am disappointed

Im never going to buy at Zara Online anymore.. Delivery is terrible, they charged me twice for my first Order, and they said i should speak to my Bank i still didn't get the Order and the Money.I did order it at the 19 of May .. The Costumer Service is a Nightmare never ever again.

Overall the app is good and user friendly. However when I want to scan barcodes the scan button does not work and the app crashes. I hope I am not the only one that has this problem
