Pokémon go is a great game but I live in Cyprus paralimni Loukiakrita 3 and I don’t have any pokestops in my area and because of the pandemic I cannot really leave my house whenever I want also me and my family do not really go anywhere so it would really help if your company could add a poke stop there / and pls consider adding remote raid passes to the boxes that you add to the store every Monday or Sunday (I forgot sorry) I really hope you see this niantic

I have been playing for the past 6 years. My country is facing GPS issues due to the ongoing implications in the Middle East. Niantic banned me claiming I used third-party applications and violating the terms of service. I appeal my ban but they still insist after providing evidence that I am violating their terms. Bad support won’t be playing again if they ban me forever. Time for a new game. Good job ruining the game Niantic!

Customer service is at an all time low with this company who blatantly steals your name and wallet, and doesn’t reply to basic inquiries. For sure do not let your kids play this game without supervision it’s a hazard in many ways Great disappointment
