Direct Channels are now available on iOS. Start a private 1–1 chat from a profile or by scanning a QR code. Note: This version requires iOS 17 or later. --- Direct Channel Direct Channel connects two members in a private 1–1 chat. Both have equal access – no admins, no hierarchy – just a lightweight place for quick check-ins, sharing objects, and side conversations. • Send Message: If someone is already in one of your groups, open their profile and tap "Send Message" – the Direct Channel opens automatically, and the invitation to chat is sent together with your first message. • Share Profile: Every member’s profile now includes a QR code. Go to Settings and tap the QR code – save it as an image or copy the link. --- Improvements • Chats now sort correctly by the most recent message. • The message text formatting menu now shows labels alongside icons, making it easier to find bold, italic, and other options. • Unread message badges now cap at "999+" for large counts. • The Object menu now groups less common actions under the "More" section. --- Fixes • Invite scanning works reliably even when scanning the same QR code multiple times. • "Mark as Unread" now shows the correct icon. • Recently edited Objects sync properly across devices in the Widget. • Fixed a crash that could occur during logout.
