This app shows the general information about each casino, where to eat, etc. I am able to login to my account, but cannot see what truly matters: comps, free slot play, offers, etc. Will keep it on my phone for my upcoming trip for the sole purpose of finding restaurants. After that, I will probably delete it because it doesn’t provide what I am looking for in an app.

My wife and I have had Club One memberships almost since the day Circa opened. Since then, this app only worked in the beginning and has been corrupted ever since. I have deleted it and reinstalled it multiple times. Each time something else doesn’t work. At this point, when you click on the app, it starts to open but then disappears. Don’t use the app. Go to their website!!

This app requires me to delete it and reinstall every 24 hours just to see my offers and rewards. Not to mention the app takes forever to load my account and when it finally does it takes forever to see the offers. These hotels and casinos make millions off of gamblers like me but if I can’t see my comps and offers I’ll just take my money elsewhere

I’m trying to set up and link an account I signed up for in person and the select a birth date option is all broken. Even when I figured out how to workaround the problem, it said an error occurred and wouldn’t let me link accounts. Their desktop website is even worse, so there is virtually no way to manage my player account.

I’ve used this app for three years. It is not user friendly and CONSTANTLY crashes. I have to uninstall and reinstall every couple of months to get it to work. I cannot book a room with my Club One rewards which casuals unnecessary phone calls to reservations. I love staying and playing in Club One properties, but somebody has GOT to fix this application!

The ClubOne app updated today and now I cannot log in to the app - I enter my credentials but it does not log in to my account. Unfortunately a “support” option doesn’t exist within the app, so I’m hoping this resolves things.
