Discover a world of fun for youngsters in the Lingokids app. There are more than 3,000 educational activities aimed at kids aged 2–8 years, and parents can choose to personalise their child’s playtime by focusing on things such as improving literacy and developing their artistic ability, or teaching them everyday life skills such as good personal hygiene.

Learn about daily life
The key to mastering new skills is practising! Kids will love the app’s interactive games with instructions on things such as brushing teeth, washing your face and telling the time. They can play each task alongside a cast of fun characters, guided by audio instructions. For each completed task they’ll earn a star.
Top tip: Collecting five stars will unlock rewards such as stickers and scenes for your child’s activity book. Rewards reset each day so there’s always something new to collect!
Get to grips with numbers
Find workbooks suitable for different age groups and abilities in the Lessons section of the app. These cover basic counting skills, writing and recognising numbers, and more advanced activities on subtraction and addition.
Top tip: Determine which areas your child needs help on with the handy Knowledge Check game at the start of each workbook to test their existing ability on a subject.
Master the ABCs
Encourage a love of reading with the app’s entertaining activities for all levels. Your child will get to practise nursery rhymes, learn about rhyming words and capital and lowercase letters, as well as trace the alphabet to develop their writing ability.
Top tip: There’s lots of content in the app that supports children with learning difficulties. If you have a child with dyslexia or dysgraphia, say, look out for the notes from the Lingokids team about which activities are best suited to them.
Unwind with fun games
There are loads of fun activities for kids to enjoy, including games from favourite characters like Blippi. Get creative and colour Blippi and the Lingokids characters, play dress up for a costume party, go on an expedition and learn about dinosaurs, and more!
