2025 Practical Art of Health Center Operations Training (PAHCO)

Overview

The Practical Art of Health Center Operations (PAHCO) Workshop is a foundational training designed for front desk and operations leaders who are ready to strengthen their skills and confidence in managing the daily functions of a health center. This two-day virtual program provides a practical grounding in the essentials of operational leadership, giving participants the tools to guide their teams, streamline processes, and support compliance with HRSA requirements.

More than just operational know-how, PAHCO emphasizes how strong management practices directly shape the patient experience and the overall delivery of care.
