The API no longer accepts http://127.0.0.1:8888/callback as a valid callback. I get the error "INVALID_CLIENT: Invalid redirect URI"

Solved. I changed the url on my dashboard at developer.spotify.com .

Can you tell me how you changed the url? I've been getting the same error and I've tried http and https

You need to change the url to http://127.0.0.1:8888/callback

Do this in your code, and also at https://developer.spotify.com/dashboard → you app → Redirect URIs
