My Question or Issue

Can someone please let me know if it's possible to transfer the liked song list to a new subscription?

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

Keep in mind that if you switch to a different subscription, you won't lose any of your content, as you're logging in to the same account. You can change your subscription by following the steps here. 

If what you want is to have your Liked songs on a different account, what you can do is to create a copy of them in the desktop app by pressing Ctrl + A (Cmd+A on Mac) > right click > Add to playlist > New playlist. Then, share that playlist with your other account since at the moment the Liked songs playlist is not sharable.

Thanks Eni for your reply.  We currently have a family plan and I'm removing someone who will then be using their own individual account.  I've shared your instructions with them and will wait for them to try this, cheers
