We are receiving reports from users mentioning that they're unable to manage Family plans and change members through the website since the page is not loading correctly.

whatever Spotify is doing its irritating I also have same problem can't add or change family members etc this is on my phone and Mac pc Spotify sort it instead of giving stupid answers!

When I click to 'Manage your family plan' it shows the Title and paragraph... Here you can update your home address, invite or remove members, and control access to explicit music... But then underneath is just a big black space of nothing. The content has been removed from the page. I've looked on the inspector and something is out of whack with the CSS.

I had this exact issue earlier, under 'manage members' nothing would pop up for me to edit. I was trying to do it on a Safari browser but found when I switched to chrome there was no problems. Possibly try switching browsers to see if anything is different, or even switching devices from a phone to a laptop 🙂
Me sucede lo mismo. Elimine al miembro que no le funcionaba y cuando quiero agregarlo nuevamente no me permite generar enlace de invitación, pese a tener un miembro disponible en mi plan. Necesito solucionarlo. Agradezco información. Gracias!
I’m experiencing this issue on Safari. I’ve tried clearing my website data and accessing it on private mode, so it’s not a caching issue. Hopefully Spotify resolves it quickly!
Same ….i’m the owner of the account and the page is empty. I tried with safari, chrome and Firefox browser and i cant see or change members of my account. Help!

Hi community, I am connected to my Family Premium Account as admin, I would like to manage de "family members" but when I click to "Manage members" in my account I have a black screen with no informations. It looks to be a bugg, but no way to contact Spotify to ask for help. Did anyone face something similar and know how to access that section another way or to debug ? I try via phone and on my Mac Labtop via Safari browser. It's the only section empty, all the other account section in the menu works perfectly. Tks in advance for the help and advices

Tengo el mismo problema, es la primera vez que me pasa podía eliminar y agregar sin problemas pero en esta última actualización ya no pude agregar envío la invitación y le sale que no coincide la dirección y ya lo intento con varios navegadores y en modo incógnito y no puede agregarse, lo intenté desde una cuenta nueva y lo mismo no se pudo agregar pero ahora sale "hubo un problema"
