At Factory Town, we create and produce events for all ages. However, please refer to your desired event details for more information on age limits. You must be 21+ to purchase alcohol or a VIP Table.

Door times will vary from show to show. Please reference the time listed on your ticket and posted event information for more information!

If you are no longer able to attend, you can transfer your Factory Town ticket to your friends and family by using the DICE app.

A valid, government-issued ID is required to attend any event at Factory Town, or purchase alcohol.

Valid IDs Accepted:

- Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth

- US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth

- Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valiud for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)

- Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license–ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

IDs Not Accepted:

- NO School ID

- NO Consular ID

- NO Birth Certificate

- NO Expired ID of any kind

- NO photocopy of any ID (except as noted)

- NO Temporary DMV license without passport or expired license)

If you have a GA ticket and would like to upgrade to VIP, please visit our Box Office or VIP Upgrade tent once you’ve arrived.

Yes, please go to the Guest Services container at the venue for assistance. Our Guest Services container is located near the north entrance of the venue.

There is no onsite parking at Factory Town. We highly recommend carpooling or using rideshare services when coming to the venue.

Please do not trust anyone claiming to be staff operating parking near the venue, as they are not affiliated with us. Cars that are parked illegally or in unauthorized areas will be towed at the owner's expense!

- Anytime entry and re-entry — move in and out of the venue throughout the night at your convenience

- Elevated and exclusive viewing decks, seating areas and comfort zones

- Exclusive bars, food vendors and amenities — capture memories in a stylish, VIP-only space

- Dedicated VIP bathrooms — air-conditioned trailers with attendants

The below are not allowed to be brought into Factory Town:

- Aerosol products/cans

- Toy guns, water guns, slingshots

- Weapons of any kind

- Costumes that resemble public safety uniforms

- Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, toys

- Drugs or drug paraphernalia

- Glass, cans, cups or coolers

- Laser pointers and air horns

- Markers, pens or spray paint

- Outside food or beverages

- Professional video or audio equipment

- Totems or decorated pool noodles

- Red-colored light-up wands, batons, or lightsabers

Please see below for items that are permitted to be brought into Factory Town:

- Deodorant

- E-cigs/vapes

- Non-clear (and clear) hydration packs with no more than two main compartments and one smaller compartment (must be empty upon entry)

- Non-professional cameras under 6"

- Physician-prescribed medication that is not expired (must show physician's prescription and consult with safety officer upon entry)

- Reusable water bottles (must be empty upon entry)

- Sealed Intranasal Naloxone

- Clear bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"

- Non-clear and clear small clutch bags not exceeding 6" x 9" (15cm x 23cm) - with or without handle or carrying straps are permitted

Bags sized 6" x 9" or smaller of any kind are permitted (Do not need to be clear).

Any bags exceeding 6" x 9" must be clear, and may not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".

Empty hydration packs with no more than 2 compartments are permitted.
