Account settings

The user options menu in the top bar of the Parse.ly Dashboard provides access to the account settings page. Click the “My account” menu option to see the account settings page.

Access

This page provides information on your user role(s) and permissions.

Non-admins will see a list of features enabled for their account.

To request additional access to more paid features, or to other sites in the network, click the “Request Upgrade” button. This will bring up a list of the names and email addresses of your admins. Clicking the “Send Email” button will open a blank email in your email client and populate the selected admin’s email address.

Default site

If you have access to multiple Dashboards, it’s possible to set one of them as the default.

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard that will become the default.
  2. Click the user options menu in the top bar.
  3. Click “My account.”
  4. Click the “Set as default” button.

To change the default site later, navigate to a different Dashboard and repeat these steps.

Billing

Billing details are visible here for admins. Contact your Relationship Manager if you have billing questions.

Change password

The account settings page also provides an option to change your password.
