Since our charity partnership began this year, our team has participated in many meaningful initiatives. We visited the APF headquarters and AP School to engage with their beneficiaries through creative workshops, welcomed Aspirers to our office for a charity sale showcasing their incredible talents, and organized a private movie screening that accommodated the sensory needs of children with autism. This year marks a special milestone for DFS as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of DFS Okinawa Naha City Galleria. International Women’s Day serves as both a celebration of achievements and a reminder for continued progress on gender equity. At DFS, we share this value and are committed to #AccelerateAction in promoting equity and nurturing future women leaders. To mark this day, we posed a question to several women leaders at DFS to share with us: What advice would you give your younger self about pursuing your dreams and ambitions?   In addition to these valuable insights, this March, our Hong Kong headquarter is celebrating IWD with a Mentoring Walk for DFS’ female employees to receive guidance from senior leaders, and a leadership training to empower them to advance in their careers. DFS stores worldwide are having sharing sessions and distributing IWD-themed gifts to frontline employees.
