The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US hiring practices, technical requirements, and sourcing strategies. ✨ Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of US IT professionals. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job specifications. Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and market intelligence to identify top talent. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for various IT skills. Handle rate negotiations, employment terms, and candidate coordination. Ensure timely updates and maintain recruitment trackers. ✨ Requirements: 1–2 years of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter (mandatory). Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment in the US IT staffing industry. Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa categories.
