Ability is limitless, and so is our commitment to ensuring that opportunity is too. Across India, our initiatives are opening up learning and earning pathways for differently abled communities - whether through Srishti in Munnar, where 188 young adults are being trained and rehabilitated, or through Swastha in Karnataka, which supports 827 children through institutional support and community-based rehabilitation. We are empowering 8,000 caregivers and 2,500 children on their Autism journey through Tata Power’s Pay Autention programme, while SABAL by Tata Steel is facilitating independence for more than 14,000 individuals through skills training, awareness workshops, literacy programmes and computer courses. At the same time, Access Infinity by TCS is enabling inclusion by providing accessible reading to over 53,000 users with visual impairments.
