    In an inspiring atmosphere, Chef’s Proof was the perfect stage to unveil the Motta Christmas Collection 2025 — a journey through heritage, creativity, and experimentation, starting from the unique creative process behind each of our products. Alongside Chef Bruno Barbieri, we reimagined Motta’s Christmas classics in a contemporary light, enhancing their authentic soul with signature recipes and unexpected pairings. Two standout innovations stole the spotlight: Il panettone salato Motta, a unique balance between traditional flavours and unexpected pairings, designe for original aperitifs and “Il Panettone Tradizionale Servito”, Limited Edition, a refined take on the traditional icon that celebrates elegance, flavour, and ritual.     Building Teams, Building Trust: How Team Building Shapes Bauli’s Culture What does it really mean to build a team? For Bauli, it’s not about a day outdoors or a break from the office — it’s a strategic choice grounded in purpose, relationships, and results. Alessia Corsi, HR Acquisition & People Development at Bauli, has been championing a vision of team building that goes far beyond the usual. “Team building isn't entertainment,” she explains. “It’s training — shaped by what each team truly needs, when they need it.” That’s how it started with the Bauli HR team. After a workplace climate survey highlighted opportunities for improvement — especially around collaboration and openness — Alessia and her colleagues decided to act. “We noticed a reluctance to give feedback, difficulty asking for support, and a tendency to work in silos,” she says. “So we built a path that would allow us to trust each other more, understand one another better, and improve the way we interact.” The result wasn’t a one-off activity, but a longer journey developed with Elena Murelli from Quaeryon. From Insight Discovery personality profiling to guided feedback sessions and even exercises involving horses (yep, horses!), each step was designed to mirror and train key interpersonal dynamics. “Horses give immediate feedback,” Alessia smiles. “They react to your behavior — you have to be assertive and convincing, otherwise the horse won't jump. That teaches you a lot about your own communication style.” The Horse Experience itself was coordinated by Valentina Casonato of Experience Academy, bringing a unique mix of empathy, experiential learning, and behavioral insight that made the session especially impactful. The approach is deliberately tailored, not standardized. “We don’t do team building for the sake of it. Every program starts with a real need,” Alessia emphasizes. “Then we co-design the experience with specialized partners. It’s flexible, precise, and deeply human.” But does it work? One year after starting the HR team’s development journey, Bauli repeated its internal climate survey. “The improvements were extraordinary,” says Alessia. “Not just in numbers, but in how people talked to each other, how we felt as a team. That’s the ROI of trust.” And while each team at Bauli has different needs, the core belief remains the same: building real relationships unlocks better work. Whether it’s breaking down silos, managing feedback, or discovering shared values across departments, team building becomes a tool for “contamination” — that positive cross-pollination of roles, skills, and perspectives that fuels Bauli’s culture. Looking ahead, Alessia sees this approach evolving further — with data, with intention, and with care. “We’ll keep listening to teams, identifying where support is needed, and building the right journey to get there.” Because when people grow together, everything else rises with them. #teambuilding #training #lifeatbauli
