Space for Ireland 🇮🇪🍀 Yesterday, at our representative office and within the framework of the Irish Tech Days, we had the honour of welcoming the Irish Ambassador to Italy, Elizabeth McCullough, the Consul General, Maria Sheehy, and a delegation of Irish space-sector companies. Our CEO, Giuseppe Santangelo, together with Regional Minister, Andrea Tronzano, had the pleasure of hosting the meeting. It was a unique opportunity to reaffirm our international vocation and our commitment to creating commercial, technological, and strategic opportunities. The Space Economy is evolving at an unprecedented pace, and we strongly believe that only by joining forces can we grow and meet global challenges. 𝗜𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻 - 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 Yesterday, Irish Space Tech Days Turin kicked off! Enterprise Ireland Italy welcomed 9 innovative Irish space companies to Turin for a two-day visit to the top players in the Space Industry. We started the first day off with a visit to ARGOTEC's SpacePark - one of Europe's most advanced space factories. Next, we visited Thales Alenia Space - a global space manufacturer, where the Enterprise Ireland client companies pitched innovative solutions and toured the state-of-the-art campus, before heading to Altec SPA to hear their inspiring story of growth and innovation. Finally, we ended the busy day at Space Industries 🛰️, where our companies had the opportunity to listen to speeches around connecting the Piedmont and Irish space ecosystems from H.E. Elizabeth McCullough, Ambassador of Ireland to Italy; Assessore Andrea Tronzano, Giuseppe Santangelo, CEO of Space Industries; and other key regional stakeholders. Enterprise Ireland Italy would like to thank all the local partners for facilitating the visit and welcoming us so warmly to The Piedmont region, Italy’s space hub!
