Broken download links for 3.11 docs

Hi, I was trying to download the docs for Python 3.11 and noticed that all the download links were broken: https://docs.python.org/3.11/download.html The problem seems to be that the links go to version 3.11.12 but the latest files that exist are for 3.11.11. /Henrik

Usability of the documentation pages

Dear Python doc team. Even though it's a pleasure to read the official documentation, I am finding that the table of contents is taking up far too much vertical space. Which means it's difficult to get an overall view of the contents. For example, the release notes (What's New in ...) could use collapsible headings to save space.
