Origis USA LLC and our subsidiaries (“Origis Energy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are committed to privacy and data protection. This Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection (“Notice”) applies to information that Origis Energy collects online and offline and our practices for using, disclosing, and sharing that information.

I. INTRODUCTION

Origis Energy collects information (directly and indirectly) in many ways, including on our websites (e.g., Origis Energy and any related project development temporary pages) (collectively “Website”)), in emails or other communications between you and Origis Energy, through information you may provide to us, or information we collect when you use our services or otherwise interact with us, for example, through Origis Energy’s Services and property leases. 

Your privacy is important to us. Please read this Notice to learn about the information that Origis Energy collects from you and how Origis Energy uses that information. We reserve the right to update or modify this Notice from time to time (see Does This Notice Ever Change? below). We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices. Where applicable data protection laws require us, we will provide appropriate notice, and take any necessary action, should we make any material changes to our practices. The Website may contain links to or from third party sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. This Notice applies only to the personal information we collect as described below. II. WHAT INFORMATION DOES ORIGIS ENERGY COLLECT ABOUT ME AND WHY?

We collect information that identifies, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you (“personal information”). Personal information, as used in this Notice, includes sensitive personal information as defined in applicable state privacy regulations. Personal information does not include publicly available information from governmental records, or either aggregated or deidentified consumer information. The following paragraphs describe the categories of personal information we may have collected from you in the preceding 12 months, the business or commercial processing purposes that are applicable to each category of personal information, and the recipients for such information.

1. To provide you with the Services that you have requested

To administer our relationship with you and to carry out and manage our obligations arising from the relationship between you and us, including customer communications, providing products or services or other informational resources, internal accounting and administration purposes, recordkeeping, to process payment for purchases, lease and landowner management, any legal or other compliance requirements (collectively “Services”), or any purpose disclosed at the time we collect your information.

To provide you with Services we may collect and process the following information from you:

  • Identifiers (including Personal Information listed in the California Customer Records Statute), such as, for example, your name, alias, postal address, email address, telephone number, account name, or other similar identifiers and any financial information provided by you to enable payment processing.
  • Professional or employment related information, such as, for example, information relating to your employer or position.
  • Commercial information, such as, for example, records of Services purchased, obtained, considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies, including any property records.

For landowners and contractors, we collect and process the following information from you:

  • Sensitive personal information, such as, for example, information required on IRS Form W-9 of a person or legal entity from landowners and contractors for taxpayer identification and certification.

The information collected to provide Services may be shared with our service providers and is not disclosed to any third party. We retain this information until it is no longer needed for the processing purposes or after a minimum of 7 years unless otherwise required by law or contract.

2. For analytics purposes

We may analyze personal information about you including your location (derived from your IP or postal address), Services requested, time zone, IP address and URL visited, against our wider customer base for internal business purposes, such as generating statistics and developing marketing, sales, and advertising plans, recordkeeping, security management, to improve our Services and the content and performance of our Website or any purposes disclosed at collection. We may also aggregate and de-identify information about you to create customer segments, which may be shared with our affiliates and partners.

To perform analytics, we may collect and process the following information from your device(s):

  • Internet or other similar activity, such as, for example, your browsing history, search history, IP address, and information regarding your interaction with our Website, advertisements, and social media. Our Cookie Management Tool (which is located on the bottom right-hand corner of our Website pages) may be accessed to select your preferences regarding what information is collected automatically (e.g., for analytics) via our Website.

With respect to third parties, for analytics purposes the information collected may be shared with Google Analytics. We retain this information until it is no longer needed for the processing purposes or after a minimum of 7 years unless otherwise required by law or contract.

3. To provide you with marketing communications that might be of interest to you

We may use personal information about you to keep you up to date with our products and services, surveys, announcements, upcoming events, sweepstakes, contests and other promotions via our newsletters, emails, or other marketing communications. If you no longer wish to receive these marketing communications, details of how to opt out are described in the section below marked “How do I stop receiving marketing communications?” You may also opt out of emails using the unsubscribe feature.

To provide marketing communications we may collect and process from you and/or your device(s) the following information:

  • Identifiers, such as, for example, your name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, telephone number, account name, or other similar identifiers.
  • Commercial information, such as, for example, your records of Services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies to provide you with information that may be relevant to your interests or requirements.
  • Professional or employment related information, such as, for example, information relating to your employer or position.
  • Geolocation data, such as, for example, your location information derived from your IP address.
  • If you are interested in becoming one of our vendors, Identifiers, such as, for example, the name, email address, contact address, phone number, fax number, and payment address for the accounts receivable contact. For the vendor W-9 form, we also collect the company TIN or, if from an individual, the Social Security Number and signature. 

The information collected to provide marketing communications may be shared with our service providers and is not disclosed to any third party. We retain this information until it is no longer needed for the processing purposes or after a minimum of 7 years unless otherwise required by law or contract.

4. For general communications

We may use personal information about you to communicate with you generally about important information in relation to your account, the Service we are providing to you or other communications. This includes: (i) to process and respond to your questions and/or inquiries; (ii) to verify your identity when you sign-up to receive communications or any of our programs; (iii) to assist in managing your account; (iv) notifying you that a particular Service has been suspended for maintenance or terminated; (v) letting you know that we have updated this Notice or our Terms of Use; or (vi) letting you know about any Services that you have requested or purchased.

To provide general communications we may collect and process from you and/or your device(s) the following information:

  • Identifiers, such as, for example, your name, alias, postal address or state, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, telephone number, account name, or other similar identifiers. If your inquiry relates to land, we may also collect the land location information.
  • Professional or employment related information, such as, for example, information relating to your employer or position.
  • Commercial information, such as, for example, your records of Services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies to provide you with information that may be relevant to your interests or requirements.

The information collected to provide general communications may be shared with our service providers and is not disclosed to any third party. We retain this information until it is no longer needed for the processing purposes or after a minimum of 7 years unless otherwise required by law or contract.

5. For website optimization, diagnostic, development, and management

For example, we may use personal information about you provided to us to: (i)administer our Website; (ii) ensure the security of our networks and of information; (iii) improve and develop our Services, Website, and our other digital offerings (including to fix operational problems such as pages crashing and software bugs); (iv) manage the security of our Website.

To support site optimization and management we may collect and process from your device(s) the following information:

  • Internet or similar activity, such as, for example, your browsing and search history, interaction with our Website and advertisements. See our Cookie Management Tool (which is located on the bottom right hand corner of our Website) for more information.
  • Identifiers, such as, for example, your unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address. 

The information collected analytics may be shared with our service providers. We retain this information until it is no longer needed for the processing purposes or after a minimum of 7 years unless otherwise required by law or contract.

6. To administer and provide safety at our job sites, offices, and work locations

When you visit our job sites, offices, or work locations, we may use video surveillance monitoring to ensure the safety of our employees, personnel, consultants, and customers. We may also collect information about you to record who has visited our various locations.

To administer and provide safety at our various locations we may collect and process from you (or from our devices in the case of video surveillance) the following information:

  • Identifiers, such as, for example, your name, alias, postal address, email address, telephone number, account name, or other similar identifiers. For safety, we may also collect your emergency contact information.
  • Professional or employment related information, such as, for example, information relating to your employer or position.
  • Commercial information, such as, for example, your records of Services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies to provide you with information that may be relevant to your interests or requirements.
  • Video surveillance data, such as, for example, data captured through video and CCTV cameras at job sites, offices, and work locations, which may capture your location or movements.

The information collected to administer and provide safety at our job sites, offices, and work locations may be shared with our service providers and is not disclosed to any third party. We retain this information until it is no longer needed for the processing purposes or after a minimum of 7 years unless otherwise required by law or contract.

7. For fraud prevention and detection purposes 

To protect and defend the rights and property of Origis Energy, our employees and business partners, we may collect and process from you and/or your device(s) the following information:

  • Identifiers, such as, for example, your name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, telephone number, account name, or other similar identifiers.
  • Internet or other similar activity, such as, for example, device and system information, connection information, usage information, diagnostic data (including system/app/service error information, usage information during an error), browsing history and interaction with our Website or systems.

The information collected may be shared with our service providers. We retain this information until it is no longer needed for the processing purposes or after a minimum of 7 years unless otherwise required by law or contract.

9. Information that we collect automatically

When you engage with our Website or view our advertisements, we may use cookies, IP addresses, and similar tracking technology to collect information about you. For example, we may collect the following information about you automatically (for further information please see our Cookies Management Tool, which may be found at the bottom right-hand corner of our Website):

Internet or other similar activity, such as, for example, browsing history, search history, information on your interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.

  • For example, when you visit the website, engage with Origis Energy content or with us digitally, we may collect certain information from your device such as your IP address, device type (i.e. make and model), unique device identification numbers, browser-type and time zone settings.
  • We may also collect information about how your device has interacted with us including: the pages accessed, and links clicked; how you navigate to and from the website (such as how you scroll over the site, which parts you click and how long you spend on each page); your preferences, the Services that you have viewed or searched for; and crashes, download errors and response times.
  • Social Media. At the bottom or our Website, we provide links to the correspondent social media (e.g., Origis Energy | LinkedIn, Origis Energy – YouTube). No personal information is transmitted to these social media via our Website unless you click on the links to the correspondent social media. By clicking on the social media link, you will be redirected to our social media page made available by the respective social media sites. We do not control the use or storage of the information that is collected and processed by social media websites, including how your information is used if you are logged into your social media account when you access our social media page(s). For more information on how LinkedIn and YouTube use your personal information, please see LinkedIn Privacy Policy and YouTube’s Privacy Policy.When you interact with our social media pages, we may receive basic engagement metrics and use this information to improve our pages and enhance our content and marketing efforts. If you interact with these pages by, for example, posting comments or liking or sharing posts, any personal information that you post in these interactions or provide when registering for such social media, can be viewed and used by others.Additionally, we may receive Internet or other similar activity through social media analytics. For example, we may use LinkedIn analytics in connection with the operation of our LinkedIn page in order to obtain anonymized statistical data about visitors to our LinkedIn page. For this purpose, LinkedIn places a cookie on your device when you visit our LinkedIn at Origis Energy | LinkedIn. Each cookie contains a unique identifier code that remains active for a period described in the LinkedIn cookie table set forth here unless it is deleted before the end of this period. LinkedIn receives, records, and processes the information stored in the cookie, including demographic information from any LinkedIn profile you may have, to provide us with anonymized metrics to help us measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn page for marketing purposes.   • Google Analytics.  We use Google Analytics to collect information on your use of the Website for its improvement. To collect this information, Google Analytics installs cookies on your browser or reads cookies that are already there. Google Analytics also receives information about you from applications you have downloaded that partner with Google. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personal information. Google’s practices with respect to your personal information collected by Google Analytics is in accordance with Google Analytics’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can prevent your personal information from being used by Google Analytics by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on found at Google Analytics Opt-Out. You may also opt out of the use of cookies by making your selection using on our Cookies Management Tool, which may be found at the bottom right-hand corner of our Website.

Inferences drawn from other personal information.

For example, when you visit the website, we may use the personal information indicated above to provide you with tailored advertising, content and Services that we think you may like. We may also link together different types of information or link information to personal information. If linked information directly or indirectly identifies an individual person, we treat the linked information as personal information.

General Ways We Use Your Information

Origis Energy may also use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us for one of the following purposes:

  • To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
  • To improve our Website and advertise our services. Through our use of automatic data collection mechanisms, we are able to understand how our Website is being used, to measure the effectiveness of our Website, to customize content and advertising, and to use and analyze target markets.
  • To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it, including when you fill out a form requesting information from us.
  • To personalize your Website experience and to deliver content and product and service information and offerings relevant to your interests or location, including providing such information or offer via email.
  • To register you to attend an event or online seminar, which may include helping us to plan, coordinate, and host such events, and analyzing your interests in and interactions with the event.
  • If you visit our offices, we may register you as a visitor for our records as well as for safety reasons so we know who is on our sites in case of an emergency and request your emergency contact information.
  • Origis Energy may receive information about you from other sources, including from third parties. We may also receive/use general demographic information about you to market products or services that may be of interest to you based on your demographics. We may combine this information with other information provided by you which helps us to update and expand our records, identify new customers, and tailor our advertising and marketing communications.
  • To notify you about changes to our Website or any products or services we offer or provide through it.
  • To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Website, products and services, and databases.
  • To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.
  • To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide consent.
  • To evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets (“transaction”), whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our Website users or customers is among the assets being transferred, which may occur prior to consummation of such transaction.

If you are submitting information on behalf of another party, we expect that you have received appropriate consent, according to applicable privacy laws, before transferring any personal information to Origis Energy.

III. DOES ORIGIS ENERGY SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In addition to the descriptions provided above, we may disclose your personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  1. With our affiliates – We may make personal information about you available to Origis Energy affiliated companies to allow us to provide our Services to you, for the purposes described in this Notice, or as notified to you when we collect personal information about you.
  2. With third parties for marketing purposes – We may have certain promotions or events and may offer you the opportunity to either opt-out or consent to receive marketing communications from third parties which then may be used by such third party for the purposes stated or at the point you enter the event, receive notice, and/or sign-up to receive the promotional updates.
  3. With our service providers – We engage service providers to perform functions on our behalf (for example, to support the delivery of our Services, or the Website). This includes but is not limited to sharing information with the following types of service providers:
    • providers of marketing and customer relationship management databases and data management platforms – that enable Origis Energy to manage information in a safe and efficient manner;
    • data analysis firms –that provide insights and help us to analyze trends using the data that we and they hold;
    • customer support specialists –that provide customer support services on our behalf for Origis Energy services;
    • application development and web-hosting companies – to enable us to manage and improve the Website;
    • information technology and related infrastructure providers;
    • email delivery providers; and
    • audit and professional service providers.
  4. As part of a business transfer – Origis Energy may disclose personal information about you to an actual or potential buyer (and its agents and advisers) in relation to any actual or proposed transaction (defined above).
  5. To comply with laws – Origis Energy may disclose personal information about you to any competent law enforcement body, regulatory, government agency, court or other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary (i) as a matter of applicable law, regulation, legal process or valid governmental request (ii) to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or (iii) to protect your vital interests or those of any other person.
  6. To any other person with your consent to the disclosure.
  7. Other reasons – Origis Energy may disclose personal information about you to (i) detect, prevent or mitigate fraud, security, or technical issues or (ii) to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of our Company, our customers, or the public as required or permitted by law.

Origis Energy may aggregate information so that the information no longer identifies or can be used to identify an individual (“Anonymized Information”). Origis Energy may share Anonymized Information with third parties and does not limit third parties’ use of the Anonymized Information because it is no longer personal information.

We do not use or disclose any sensitive personal information we collect for any purpose other than to provide our goods or services; to prevent, detect, and investigate security incidents; to resist malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal actions directed at Origis Energy, including to prosecute those responsible for such actions; to ensure the physical safety of persons; short-term transient use (e.g., non-personalized advertising shown as part of a consumer’s current interaction with the business, where that personal information is not disclosed to a third party and is not used to build a profile about the consumer or otherwise alter the consumer’s experience outside the current interaction of the business); to perform services on behalf of the business (e.g., maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, providing analytic services, providing storage); to verify or maintain the quality or safety of a service or device that is owned, manufactured, or controlled by Origis Energy or to improve, upgrade or enhance such service or device; or for purposes that do not infer characteristics about a consumer.

We may collect or obtain information about you from marketing partners, social media platforms, data aggregators, location intelligence platforms, third party providers of business contact information, publicly available databases, and similar sources, for advertising and analytics purposes, so that we may offer you personalized features and offers tailored to your interests, and in order to offer you an overall better service. We will use this information where you have provided your consent to the third party or to Origis Energy, or where Origis Energy has a legitimate interest in using information about you in order to provide you with the content or service requested. We will combine this information with personal information provided by you, in order to identify prospective customers or Services you’ll be interested in, to create more tailored advertising, and to improve the accuracy of our records.

IV. HOW LONG DOES ORIGIS ENERGY KEEP MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We retain personal information in identifiable form only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the personal information was provided to Origis Energy or, if longer, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce agreements and similar essential purposes. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information, the purposes for which we process personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

V. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?

Origis Energy takes precautions intended to help protect information that we process but no system or electronic data transmission is completely secure. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk, and we expect that you will use appropriate security measures to protect personal information.

If we become aware of a breach that affects the security of personal information, we will provide you with notice as required by applicable law. 

VI. HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO USE THE ORIGIS ENERGY SITES OR OTHER DIGITAL OFFERINGS?

The Website and our Services are not directed to or intended for use by individuals under the legal age of majority in the individual’s state of residence (“minors”). We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information from minors. If you are a minor, do not use or provide any information on our Website, including providing any information about yourself to us. Consistent with the requirements of applicable law, if we learn that we have received any information directly from a minor without parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe that we have any information from a minor, please contact us (see How Do I Contact Origis Energy? below).

VII. DOES THIS NOTICE EVER CHANGE?

Origis Energy reserves the right to change this Notice. If we decide to make changes, we will post the updated Notice on our Website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and how we disclose it. The date this Notice was last revised is identified at the top of this Notice. We encourage you to review our Notice to stay informed. Where required by applicable data protection laws, we will notify you of any material changes to this Notice and obtain your consent, if required.

VIII. HOW DO I STOP RECEIVING MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

If at any time you decide that you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you may opt out by clicking on the relevant ‘unsubscribe’ link in the emails you receive or by contacting us using the details found in the section “How Do I Contact Origis Energy.”

Please note, while we will honor your request to stop receiving marketing communications, we will continue to send you service-related communications.

IX. REGIONAL PRIVACY RIGHTS

XI. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL NOTICES

This portion of the Notice supplements the information contained in our Notice above to describe the rights we provide to consumers, which are, for clarity, residents of certain states that have privacy regulations that are applicable to us. For residents of states without privacy regulations, or where your state regulation does not cover all of the following rights or choices, we will consider requests regarding such rights but will apply our discretion in how we process such requests. For states that have passed privacy regulations, but are not yet in effect, we will also consider applying those state law rights that are applicable to us prior to the effective date of such laws but will do so in our discretion. 

As permitted by applicable privacy regulations, certain requests that you submit to us are subject to an identity verification process (“verifiable consumer request”) as described below in the How to Exercise These Rights section. We will not fulfill such requests unless you have provided sufficient information for us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we have collected personal information.

1. Your Rights and Choices

The applicable privacy regulations may provide the following rights regarding your personal information:

Right to Know – Categories Request. You have the right to request, twice in a 12-month period, that we disclose the following information about the personal information we have collected about you during the past twelve (12) months:

  • The categories of personal information we collected about you.
  • The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
  • Our business or commercial purpose for which we collected, sold, or shared that personal information.
  • The categories of third parties with whom we sold or shared that personal information, by category or categories of personal information for each category of third parties to whom the personal information was sold or shared.
  • The categories of personal information about you that we disclosed for a business purpose, and the categories of persons to whom we disclosed that information for a business purpose.

Right to Know – Specific Pieces. You have the right to request a transportable copy of the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you in the 12-month period preceding your request. Please note that personal information is retained by us for various time periods, so there may be certain information that we have collected about you that we do not retain for a 12-month period and thus, it would not be able to be included in our response to you. Also, under your applicable state’s law, you may be limited to a certain number of “right to know” requests in any 12-month period.

Right to Correct InformationYou have the right to request we correct any inaccuracies that you find in your personal information maintained by us. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct any inaccurate information and we will instruct our service providers or any contractors to correct such information. We will also inform you whether or not we have complied with your request, including any basis for denial of the request.

Right to DeleteYou have the right to request that we delete any personal information about you that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Please understand that we cannot delete personal information in those situations where our retention is required for our own internal business purposes or otherwise permitted by relevant privacy regulations. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our Service providers to delete) the personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

Right to opt out of the sale or share personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising. Origis Energy does not sell or share Personal Information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising purposes.

Right to Limit Sensitive personal information UseDepending on your state of residence, you may have had to provide consent for us to process sensitive personal information, as that term is defined under your applicable state’s law. Subject to certain exceptions, you may have the right to revoke such consent. You can make such a request using the methods described below in the How to Exercise these Rights section.

Non-DiscriminationWe will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.

2. How to Exercise these Rights

To submit a request to exercise these rights you may use one of these three methods:

For all requests, please clearly state that the request is related to “Your Privacy Rights.” 

Only you, or a person registered with the applicable Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to personal information about you. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. If you submit a request on behalf of another person, we may require proof of authorization and verification of identity directly from the person for whom you are submitting a request.

To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or considering your deletion or correction request (and in some cases your request to know). The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, which may include your name, street address, city, state, zip code and an e-mail address or phone number where we may contact you. 
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly or that do not include complete information.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. If you do not receive confirmation within the 10-day timeframe, please contact us by calling 1-844-303-8220 or emailing us at privacy@origisenergy.com. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response electronically. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide the personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

3. Opt-out Preference Signals

Our website honors General Privacy Control (“GPC”) opt-out preference signals, which is a signal sent by a platform, technology, or mechanism, enabled by individuals on their devices or browsers, which communicate the individual’s choice to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information. 4. Appeal Rights

5. California Shine the Light Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users who are California residents to obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information (if any) for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
