Insomniac Events

The app first asks for permission to send collect location data to send offers and other things while at an event even if the app is closed or not in use. If you choose "deny", a pop-up says you may miss out on offers while at an event. When you click "ok", the app closes. So you cant use the app unless you accept receiving push notifications. It doesnt make sense. Easy uninstall.

I've tried to open this app many times and it has only opened once. When it did load, I was trying to favorite things and it asked me to sign in or create an account, so I linked my fb and was able to favorite one thing. When I tried to favorite anything else, it just kept asking me to sign in again or create an account. If I tried to sign in again using fb, it just never would. If this app doesn't even work at home on wifi I can't imagine it will work at EDC.

This app is pretty lame. Aside from set times (which you can't even filter your favorites), there's not a lot of value. Doesn't have maps of the venues (which is an obvious omission)! And there's nowhere to have your ticket integrated, the only other obvious feature! Should also have a way to add your credit card, so you can just use your phone to pay for everything.
