If you want to listen to a hearing and do not need a transcript, you may purchase a copy of the audio from the District or Juvenile Court in which the hearing was held. |

Pricing for transcripts is set by statute at the following rates: |

$6.00/page for regular service (within 30 days) Approximately $250.00/court hour
|

$7.50/page for 14 calendar days service
|
|
$9.00/page for 7 calendar days service
|
|
$10.50/page for 1-3 day service
|
|
$12.00/page for 24 hour service
|
|
Because audio is uploaded nightly from the lower court to the transcript management program, requests for hearings held the same day, may not be acted upon until the following business day.
