Wellbeing Month has come to a close and what a journey it’s been! Throughout November, we came together to focus on the pillars of wellbeing — physical, emotional & spiritual, and financial — through inspiring sessions, energizing activities, and meaningful conversations. We were honored to collaborate with Universidad del Rosario, inviting 2nd-year students from the Faculty of Administration to tackle a real-world challenge: designing employer branding strategies that Dialectica could potentially implement to attract top talent. As judges in the final stage, we reviewed four impressive projects — each bringing fresh ideas and thoughtful execution. One team stood out with a bold, disruptive strategy that went beyond digital channels, showing a deep understanding of our business and talent goals.
