Hidden Content AI billing – Deceptive practices

    Upgraded to Pro, got auto-enrolled in “Content AI trial” without clear opt-out option. After 14 days, charged $71 automatically. Dashboard has NO cancel button despite following their tutorial. Had to contact support to cancel – this is clearly intentional friction to trap users.

    The SEO features work fine, but the billing practices are deceptive. If you have Yoast or another free option, stick with it. The “advanced features” aren’t worth the subscription trap.

    Update after reading other reviews: This is clearly a pattern, not an isolated issue.

    The option to cancel the trial in your Rank Math account is only available during the trial period. Once the trial period ends, you will have to cancel it directly in your FastSpring account: https://rankmath.com/kb/cancel-subscription/
