If you would like to become a patient at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, please call 857-654-1605 or visit us at our Jean Yawkey Place clinic at 780 Albany Street in Boston. Our staff is ready to care for you or to help you make an appointment at one of our other clinics around Greater Boston. If you are already a BHCHP patient and would like to speak to a provider after hours, please call 781-221-6565.
BHCHP is committed to upholding all our patients’ safety, dignity, and well-being. As providers of healthcare, we have a legal obligation to:
- Protect the personal privacy and health information of all our patients. BHCHP does not share personal information with anyone without your written permission, a valid court order, or a subpoena.
- Only use information about immigration status to determine eligibility for benefits like MassHealth.
- Provide healthcare to everyone at all BHCHP sites.
- Protect the privacy of healthcare spaces, including not allowing unauthorized personnel into private spaces where healthcare is being delivered without explicit permission.
