New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu – 7PM to 10PM As part of our Dinner & Show experience, guests will enjoy a chef-prepared plated dinner in a festive bar setting — perfect for kicking off the night in style before the music and dancing begin. Dinner Entrée Selections Choose one of the following at time of service: • Braised Short Ribs Tender, slow-cooked short ribs served with buttery mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. • Chicken Piccata Pan-seared chicken breast finished with a lemon-caper white wine sauce, served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. • Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta Plump shrimp tossed in a rich alfredo sauce over fettuccine, finished with parmesan and herbs. All dinner options include: • Fresh-baked dinner roll • Dessert included with meal • Champagne toast at midnight Appetizers, specialty cocktails, and beverages available for purchase.
