Add support for compiling against the sdk2013 branch (#173)

* Fix compiling issues with the updated hl2sdk-sdk2013 branch

* Fix issue with keyvalues_wrap not compiling with sdk2013

* whoops

* This would resolve an issue with the wrong inteface being defined.

* Include the KeyValues header file instead.
There are some things in KeyValues.cpp that are not supported in c++11
