listing files in one folder that doesn't have any undone tasks

I have in my projects folder

1. some files that have tasks, done and undone

- [ ] some task
- [x] a done task

2. some files that have no tasks at all

3. some files that just have done tasks

- [x] done task 1
- [x] done task 2
- [x] done task 3

i want to catch 2 & 3 so no projects fall behind because I haven't thought about what should happen next. I won't always mark them done in the file and see that it was the last available task. I may check them off in any number of dynamic lists in other files in obsidian.
