* Remove BigInt IE incompatibility part

As Internet Explorer was retired years ago, this paragraph is not needed anymore, so I deleted that line.

* Delete link to MDN BigInt compatibility table

Unimportant link: almost total compatibility since the appearance of zhe `BigInt` type.
