“[The provider-owned ISNP model] offers a roadmap for navigating change by aligning incentives, empowering providers and partners, and delivering financial resources that other models simply don’t provide. Those resources are critical because they enable reinvestment back into care delivery and quality.” Mike Bailey, CEO of American Health Partners, was featured in Skilled Nursing News this week talking about the ISNP model and how American Health Plans offers high-quality clinical care to members while keeping the partner’s financial goals in mind. Join us in congratulating our Unity Psychiatric Care division for having received some well-deserved accolades for their outstanding work in providing both inpatient and outpatient mental health services. https://lnkd.in/eYEZ-cSh
We’re proud to share that Unity Psychiatric Care has been voted the Best Mental Health Services/Clinic in Maury County by readers of Main Street Maury for our inpatient and outpatient services! This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our community — people who trust and value the care we provide every day. We’re also thrilled to announce that two of our exceptional leaders, Liz Vernon, PMHNP, and Selena Pevahouse, PMHNP-BC, were named Best Mental Health Professionals in the region. Their dedication, compassion, and clinical excellence truly set them apart. Congratulations to the entire team at Unity Psychiatric Care in Columbia — your commitment to delivering outstanding care continues to make a difference, and it’s an honor to see that work celebrated by the community we serve.

Shout out to our sister company Unity Psychiatric Care on their successful raising of $3,000+ toward a cure for Alzheimer's disease. https://lnkd.in/dyd9CPWr
THANK YOU to everyone who donated, walked, or cheered on our Unity Psychiatric Care team during the Alzheimer’s Tennessee Walk on Saturday, March 29. We had an awesome crew out there - but let’s be honest…the real MVP was Dolly the Dog who stole hearts left and right. 🐾✨ We raised $3,882 to support an incredibly meaningful cause. That’s no small thing – we showed up, made an impact, and had a great time doing it. So proud of what we accomplished together. Way to go, team!

A new study from ATI Advisory, featured in McKnight's Long-Term Care News, reinforces what American Health Plans has long believed—ISNPs are the gold standard for improving care while reducing costs in long-term care settings. The research shows that I-SNPs outperform traditional Medicare and regular Medicare Advantage on six of eight CMS quality care indicators. As our SVP Jason Haney put it: "Policymakers should recognize I-SNPs as the most effective model for reducing costs while simultaneously enhancing care." At American Health Plans we remain committed to expanding access to this proven model, delivering better outcomes for seniors in long-term care. Click the link below to read the article in McKnight's.
