You've always been able to mark individual candidates as "Do Not Contact," but doing it at the company level handles broader cases like non-solicitation agreements, M&A activity, or managing recruiting across a portfolio of brands. This is great when you need to manage dozens of E-signature documents - employment agreements, NDAs, compliance forms, regional addendums. Filter your templates by various fields connected to the job consideration like region, interview stage, department, and more.
