On Wednesday, we held our grand opening for the North Star Clinic in Las Vegas! We’re so excited to celebrate this new space dedicated to our senior community — a place designed for comfort, connection, and compassionate care. At our North Star Clinic, we’re here to help older adults live healthier, more independent lives through comprehensive care coordination and preventative care programs that focus on staying well — not just getting well. During each visit, our care team takes time to focus on thorough wellness assessments, closing gaps in care, and providing the personal, high-quality experience every patient deserves.

AstranaWEEN 2025 was a hit! From the Three Blind Mice to the Spice Girls, the Thieves of the Louvre, and even our very own AstranaCar(e) Wash, this year’s creativity did not disappoint! A huge congratulations to Team AMG, our reigning costume contest champions for the fourth year in a row. You continue to raise the bar every Halloween—way to show up and show out! Events like AstranaWEEN remind us that while we continue to deliver high-quality, accessible healthcare across communities every day, we also know how to have a little fun along the way.

We’re excited to share that Astrana Health has officially completed its acquisition of Prospect Health! We’re proud to welcome Prospect Health’s physicians, providers, and team members to the Astrana family. Together, we now support more than 20,000 providers serving over 1.6 million patients in value-based care arrangements across the country. We’re excited to announce two key leadership updates at Astrana Health, reinforcing our commitment to scaling our AI-enabled, value-based care platform and driving excellence across our rapidly growing national footprint! Sherry McBride has joined Astrana as Chief Operating Officer of Astrana Health – Management Services Organization. In this role, Sherry will lead operational integration and execution while working alongside Astrana’s Executive Leadership Team as we continue to accelerate the scale of our leading care delivery platform. Sherry brings over 18 years of experience in value-based healthcare operations. She most recently served as COO of Providence Health Network, where she led the growth of its Medicare Advantage global risk business. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade as COO of Prospect Medical Systems, building a profitable, payer-agnostic, delegated provider group serving Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial members across multiple states. She also held leadership roles managing global risk Medicare Advantage businesses at CareMore Health. Her deep expertise will be critical to advancing our operational scale and care model integration. We’re also proud to share the promotion of Rita Pew to Chief People Officer. Rita has been a vital part of our leadership team, championing a people-first culture rooted in purpose, accountability, and growth. In her new role, she will continue to elevate our organization by driving strategic talent development, employee engagement, and workforce innovation, ensuring our people thrive as we scale.
