Congratulations to our Broetje Automation USA team on a productive Product Portfolio Workshop! Thank you to all participants from Engineering, Sales, Service, and Spare Parts who came together to define our market strategy, assess team capabilities, and identify growth opportunities. Together, we aligned on how to best support workshare projects, retrofits, and service work going forward. During the workshop, we refined our Product Portfolio and outlined plans to expand in key areas while exploring new innovations. Over the past five years, our Elk Grove Village team has successfully designed and deployed solutions including: -Drilling and Riveting Systems including PowerRACe -Eco-Positioners -Collaborative Assembly Systems -FAStplant Carriers and FAStplant Workcells This workshop was a valuable step in sharpening our focus, setting ambitious goals, and building on our momentum. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished—and excited to take on what’s next with our valued customers and partners globally. 

Broetje Automation USA hosted our annual Summer Picnic this August at our Elk Grove Village, IL headquarters where employee's friends and family came together to enjoy great food, play games, tour the facility, and spend quality time with one another. It was a meaningful wrap-up to the end of the summer and to celebrate our BA-US team!

During the month of June Broetje Automation USA had the pleasure of hosting our Sales Workshop with many of our colleagues visiting from BAR – Our German Parent Company — including a special visit from our group CEO, Lutz Neugebauer. At this time, we also held our All-Hands Meeting, where both Zsolt Pulai, CEO of BA-US, and Lutz shared inspiring updates and sales strategy outlook with the team. The day wrapped up with a great lunch, giving everyone a chance to connect and share ideas with our guests. Thank you to everyone who helped make the week productive and memorable!
