We just celebrated 15 years since Circuit Board Medics first opened its doors! What started as a simple washing machine repair in a garage has grown into a mission-driven team repairing the electronics that keep your lives running — from family cars and home appliances to commercial trucks and industrial equipment. We feel incredibly blessed to serve DIYers and businesses all over the world by restoring normalcy to their daily lives. Over the years, it has been an absolute pleasure to hear so many stories of people who have saved thousands, kept their equipment running, and avoided unnecessary replacements — all because of one repaired circuit board. The vision statement of Circuit Board Medics is “Care. Serve. Restore.” Our goal is to restore the normalcy that a broken circuit board has robbed from someone. We do this by serving others, and we serve others because we care. We’re incredibly grateful to our team, our customers, and our community. Here at Circuit Board Medics we have a team called the "Collaborative Action Board Council" that meets weekly to determine the next steps needed to make positive changes both internally and for our customers.
