We're so excited to share that the very first-ever Park2Park event, led together in part by the SEE Science Center and Manchester Parks & Rec, was a total success! With over 200 volunteers on the ground, six wards across Manchester were left sparkling after 350 bags of trash were hauled away. 😮 Thanks to the volunteers and helpers who cleaned 17 city parks and the streets in between, the Parks & Rec crews can jumpstart their work to spruce up the parks and greenery around the city. 🌷
