Sharing our experiences with the future industry leaders at the 30th Annual Emami Symposium was an inspiring experience! We are proud to support USC Construction Management Association of America and champion the next generation of builders by using projects like the LACMA David Geffen Galleries to bridge the gap between the classroom and the jobsite.
This month, we proudly hosted the USC CMAA 30th Annual Emami Symposium, led by our Symposium Co-Chairs, Millanna Cienna Biller and Jason Vasques. As Viterbi’s largest student-run networking event, the symposium brought together students and industry leaders for an evening of networking, featuring over 20 attending companies. The new landmark, LACMA Geffen Galleries, was presented by speakers from Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), Clark Construction Group, and Aurora development, who shared meaningful perspectives on the project’s design and vision. We are grateful to our panelists for their time and expertise. The symposium also celebrates academic excellence by awarding $40,000 in scholarships to outstanding CMAA members, bringing our total scholarships awarded to over $1 million. Thank you to all attending companies for your continued support, and to our students whose dedication makes this event possible. And a special thank you to our faculty advisor Hank Koffman , our faculty and Jonathan Emami for their guidance and generous support in making this year’s symposium truly memorable.

Our teams brought a serious "CAN-do" attitude to fight hunger this holiday season, transforming thousands of canned goods into creative sculptures for local donations with CANstruction projects. 🏛️ In Washington, DC, we partnered with SmithGroup to build a replica of a past Clark project, the National Museum of African American History and Culture. 🌟 In Seattle, we reached for the stars, creating a Hollywood Sign replica. 🫧 At Western State Hospital, we constructed a "SpongeBob" themed sculpture. All “building materials” were donated to local food banks. #BuildingBetterCommunities #GivingTuesday

From ribbon-cutting to face-off, it was a great day at Watkins Elementary! 🏒🥅 We were thrilled to join MSE Foundation, Monumental Sports & Entertainment, the Washington Capitals, District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), the REVADA FOUNDATION, and Capitals forward Devante Smith-Pelly to unveil the new Rush Rink, and the students wasted no time testing it out. The refurbished ball hockey rink provides students and the community a place to come together, connect, and stay active in Southeast DC. #ClarkBuildsDC

Proud to partner with Armed Services YMCA San Diego in supporting the well-being of our active-duty military families during this holiday season!
Yesterday reminded us of one of the greatest reasons to be thankful in 2025: the opportunity to serve those who serve us. 🦃💙 We had the incredible honor of distributing turkeys to our active-duty military families as part of our annual food distribution program. Supporting their resilience, strengthening their well-being, and honoring their service continues to be at the heart of everything we do. We are profoundly grateful to the partners who make these moments possible. Your commitment ensures our military families feel supported and appreciated—especially during the holiday season. A special thank-you to our Operation Turkey Drop founding supporters: Costa Azul Contracting Group | Nick Jackson with Jackson & Blanc | Clark Construction Group | @Kalpana Rhodes | OCMI, Inc.
