The space was transformed with elevated finishes, a new café featuring high-end materials, comprehensive upgrades to the trade floor and a full build-out of all IDF rooms to modernize infrastructure and systems. The project was designed to achieve LEED Silver requirements, supporting the client’s commitment to sustainability and high-performance workplace environments. The Clune Cares Foundation (CCF), our 501(c)(3), is dedicated to supporting charitable causes that reflect our values. It focuses on humanitarian initiatives that uphold human dignity, addresses social and environmental challenges and creates educational opportunities to promote equity and inclusion. Clune recently completed this high-end interior build-out for Hyman Phelps & McNamara P.C., the nation’s largest FDA law firm. The project included a full build-out of reception and conference spaces, open workstations, a custom library with booth seating, file and copy rooms, private offices and two fully equipped pantries. The scope also featured multiple high-end finishes, a detailed millwork package and all new MEP systems. Acoustic turf and wood veneer ceilings added warmth and visual interest throughout.
