Job Title: EHS Professional - Manufacturing (Hampton, VA) Join a company celebrated globally for its EHS leadership! We're hiring an EHS Professional for our manufacturing client in Hampton, VA. This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation assistance available. About the Role: The EHS Professional will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our robust EHS programs. You'll serve as a key resource, guiding and coaching all employees on safety best practices and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations. This role offers significant exposure to both safety and environmental compliance within a dynamic manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities: •Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on federal, state, and local EHS regulations for plant operations. •Lead and participate in EHS training programs for all employees. •Conduct and lead EHS audits and inspections, developing and implementing remediation plans. •Foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives in EHS policies and programs. Minimum Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in EHS, Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or a related field. •1+ year of EHS experience in manufacturing (including internships). •Unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
