Our team was proud to attend and serve as a silver sponsor at the California Farm Labor Contractor Association (CFLCA) 15th Annual Ag Labor Forum. This event brought together farm labor contractors, growers, vineyard managers, and custom harvesters for important conversations around safety, regulatory updates, best practices, and the future of farm labor. It was a valuable opportunity for our team to connect with policyholders, agents, and brokers while strengthening relationships across the agriculture community. We love seeing our teams come together! CopperPoint’s Chief Underwriting Officer, John Carey, joined Regional President Dana Ferestien and the Pacific Northwest Underwriting team in Seattle for a productive summit centered on connection, collaboration, and the underwriting priorities fueling our growth. We are proud of the team’s accomplishments and the strong momentum heading into 2026. Excited for what’s ahead!
Great few days in Seattle with our Pacific Northwest Region underwriting team. Colleagues came in from across the country! We reviewed our new construction guidelines, auto predictive model, streamlined letters of authority, and the next steps in our Guidewire journey—among many other things. Last year this team launched a new agency engagement strategy that delivered a record year of growth and underwriting profit—and the momentum continues into 2026. We also celebrated upcoming retirements, enjoyed a little friendly competition in the kitchen, and took in some incredible views of Mt. Rainier. A great summit and an even better team. Thanks Dana Ferestien (you made it a great time!) Ahead of Thanksgiving, our CopperPoint team spent the day giving back to the communities where we live and work. More than 60 employees and leaders gathered at CopperPoint Tower to support St. Mary's Food Bank and its mission to ensure families across Arizona have access to nutritious food. Together, we packaged meals and donated 125 bags of food to families in need. Thank you to everyone who showed up, rolled up their sleeves, and made a meaningful impact. This is what community and CopperPoint are all about!

We’re honored to be named Rookie of the Year by the Phoenix Business Journal as part of its inaugural Fastest Growing Companies Award program. Being labeled a “rookie” may sound surprising for a company with more than 100 years of history, but it reflects our incredible transformation and continued innovation and growth. From our roots as a single state, single product insurer, we have grown into a specialty insurance provider serving a growing 15-state footprint. As we prepare for the next chapter, we thank CEO and Executive Chair Marc Schmittlein for his decade of leadership and look forward to the vision ahead with incoming CEO Kellen Booher. Innovation, growth, and exceptional service will continue to guide us. Thank you to the Phoenix Business Journal for this recognition and to our employees, agents, brokers, and policyholders who make our success possible. Here’s to the future of CopperPoint!
