We are excited to announce Jeff Pomeroy’s promotion to Chief of Staff. Since joining CROM in December of 2014, Jeff has been a cornerstone of CROM’s leadership, serving most recently as one of the company’s Senior Vice Presidents. Throughout his tenure, Jeff has played a vital role in strengthening operations, guiding teams, and fostering collaboration across the organization. Jeff has been instrumental in supporting the onboarding and successful integration of our CROM | CMT and CROM | CFG teams, helping create unity, shared purpose, and alignment as CROM continues to expand its family. Jeff’s ability to connect people cross-functionally, streamline processes, and uphold our culture of excellence has been invaluable to our evolution. In his new role as Chief of Staff, Jeff will continue many of his current responsibilities while assuming expanded leadership duties to support CROM’s ongoing growth. He will play a key role in guiding organizational transitions, advancing strategic initiatives, and bringing best practices and processes that drive both performance and organizational health.
