Recently, our Ethiopian teams came together in Bishoftu for the 2025 Annual Planning & Learning Workshop, a dedicated space to look back on what we’ve achieved and align on where we’re headed next. Regional teams shared progress, insights, and lessons from the field, giving us a clear picture of the impact we’re driving across Ethiopia. We also celebrated key milestones, including reaching 100,000 FarmerChat users in Ethiopia, and highlighted one of the year’s proudest moments: Digital Green’s recognition at the 32nd GO-CSO Forum in Jimma, where we ranked 3rd among 16 international CSOs for the quality of our engagement, impact, and performance. The workshop closed with team-bonding activities that strengthened collaboration and reminded us of the people behind the work. With fresh alignment and renewed energy, we’re stepping confidently into FY27, ready to build on our progress and aim even higher.
