Revolve was born from the dilemma researchers commonly face when deciding whether to purchase an Upright or an Inverted microscope. Upright microscopes image solid or fixed samples from above, making them ideal for tissue sections and slide-based work. Inverted microscopes image from below, perfect for live-cell imaging in dishes or flasks. Revolve is the first-ever system to be able to do both.
