Every day, our teams work to create opportunities and connect individuals with disabilities to meaningful careers. Jonathan never lets his disability stop him from moving forward. With the support of Agilec, he’s found steady employment at The Good Shepherd Venture Centre, a place that values inclusion and ability. Through coaching, interview support, and a workplace that embraced his strengths, Jonathan has discovered his passion for helping others. Today, he’s thriving. He’s contributing to his community, supporting people in need, and has found real happiness in his work. For Jonathan’s mom, Ada, it’s been a dream come true to see his growth. Check out Jonathan’s story in this video to see how supporting one person helps many more.
