As I step into the role of incoming CEO at IGT, one thing is clear: we’re staking our claim on the mountaintop. In my first few days, I’ve already witnessed the determination and drive it will take to reach that summit. We kicked off the journey with two companywide town halls where our senior leadership team and I shared a vision centered on growth, innovation, and execution. The path ahead won’t be effortless; it will take focus, discipline, collaboration, and a willingness to rethink how we operate. But everywhere I look, I see a team hungry for the challenge. I closed out the week at our Reno campus, touring the facilities and spending time with our studio and manufacturing teams, two groups whose creativity and craftsmanship will be pillars in driving our long-term success. Their dedication reminded me that while the summit is bold, it is absolutely within reach.
