One of my highlights last week was the official launch of the Cognita AI Early Adopter Programme across Spain and Italy. We now have 76 committed early adopters from 10 schools, all ready to explore how AI can genuinely support teaching and learning. Last Thursday, we held our kick-off call, where we walked through the core use cases we’ll be focusing on. We have decided to start with teachers at the centre, giving them the space to experiment, question, and share what works and what doesn’t. Their insights will shape how Flint becomes part of our ecosystem in the most purposeful and sustainable way. A huge thank you to every participant for your time, your ideas, and your enthusiasm. All Flint AI early adopters in the Middle East are now trained. A brilliant milestone as we move to full rollout later in the year. Over the past few weeks I have been on a roadshow across our Cognita Schools, introducing Flint AI and showing how AI can support teaching and learning when it is aligned to Cognita's use cases for AI in education. We focused on four areas that matter most for teachers: preparation, personalised learning, assessment and feedback, and a teacher’s companion that supports day to day practice. Our early adopters have been outstanding. Their curiosity, challenge, and commitment to impact have shaped the next phase of our journey.
