For Jeanelle Adams, advocacy didn’t come from obligation—it was inherent to who she is. After being misdiagnosed and eventually diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer, she turned her experience of medical dismissal into a mission: to fight for better breast cancer research, coverage, and awareness, especially for Black and Puerto Rican communities and stage 4 patients. Now, she speaks to girls and communities like hers, ensuring no one walks that journey alone. Janelle is the latest guest on our ‘Finding Flow’ podcast with Samantha Skey.
