A clear highlight of Formation Bio’s in-person week last month was our cooking competition, where six teams partnered with professional chefs to create bite-sized dishes from a mystery basket of ingredients. The menu ranged from mac and cheese balls to empanadas, summer rolls, street corn cups, and buffalo chicken bites, all judged by fellow Formation Bio employees. Building the pharma company of the future takes collaboration, creativity, and occasionally some friendly competition in the kitchen!
