Our Charlotte team spent the day giving back with Rise Against Hunger, a global nonprofit dedicated to ending hunger. In just two hours, our team packaged the equivalent of 10,000 meals, enough to feed 47 school-aged children for an entire year. We're grateful for the opportunity to support such an impactful mission and proud of our team's commitment to give back.

Framing is in full swing at Medley Johns Creek - Phase 1, a 340-unit mixed-use development in Johns Creek, GA! Building 1 Podium recently completed its final concrete pour, and roof and floor truss installation is progressing across several sections. Building 2 slab-on-grade work is over halfway complete. With Sheetrock work scheduled to begin in December, we look forward to seeing this exciting project continue to take shape! Phase 1 of the apartment development includes 340 market-rate units and 38,000 SF of retail beneath a concrete podium, along with 10,000 SF of amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, and elevated pool deck.   Part of the larger Medley Johns Creek master development, the project will feature 150,000 SF of retail, dining, and entertainment, 110,000 SF of Class A office space, a boutique hotel, 133 townhomes, and 750 apartment units.
