Starting off my time at Function of Beauty with a splash! The Comms team made waves at our first Miami Swim Week, kicking off the summer season with effortless beach hair. We started the weekend with a hair charm bar and product gifting suite for influencers (thank you to our amazing partners, Bollare!). You may have also seen mermaid hair hit the Maaji runway (we ❤️ Jamielynn De Leon and her team for bringing our looks to life); it was pure maajic. It all came together so quickly with our incredible Function team on the ground and behind the scenes. Shoutout to my rockstars Hannah Cooney and Jaclyn Kunkle who do amazing work every day but absolutely shined working two back-to-back events.

This past month two of our newest team members had the opportunity to visit our manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania! This was a fantastic chance for them to see firsthand the heart of our operations and meet the incredible people who make it all happen. From seeing our cutting-edge technology in action to learning about the processes that ensure the highest quality in everything we do, it was a day filled with valuable insights.
