At Gary and Mary West PACE, we’re honored to care for some of the most vulnerable older adults in our community — low-income seniors who rely on PACE for healthcare, social connection, safety, and support to remain independent at home. This year, we’re kicking off our Holiday Gift Card Drive, and we’re asking our North County community to come together in the spirit of compassion and generosity.
