    After an incredible 2+ years, I’m closing the 6sense chapter of my career. A few quick shoutouts to people who made a real impact on my time there, fundamentally shaping me as a seller and teammate: Mason Colombo – I’ll miss your coaching, your push to level up, and the late-night deal strategy. Thanks for having my back. Kyle Hollingsworth – your approach to running large, strategic deals set the bar. I learned a ton from watching how you think, operate, plan, and execute. Thanks for setting a standard of excellence that will stay with me. Colby Henard – 7+ years we’ve worked together across multiple chapters, and you continue to be one of the most consistent, steady, and great leaders out there. Appreciate every part of it. Truly the best. Amanda Purcell – My onboarding buddy, my sounding board, and the person who always gave it to me straight. Grateful for you (sorry Jamie Howells, Brian Hopper, Eric McInturff, Connor Lievers, she earned her own shoutout). To the whole 6sense crew (past and present), thank you for the memories, the wins, and the ride. Now onto what’s next: I’ve joined Giga as part of their go-to-market team. What drew me in was Giga’s bold mission: building action-taking AI agents that truly resolve customer issues end-to-end. Not just answering questions, but enforcing policy, integrating with enterprise systems, and driving measurable outcomes across voice, chat, text, and email.     Excited to share some news — I’ve joined the GTM team at Giga. After nearly a decade in the world of technology and physical operations, one thing has become clear: the next wave of transformation will come from how large organizations adopt and operationalize AI. That’s why I’m thrilled to be joining a small team, redefining how large businesses adopt and deploy agentic, customer-support-based AI. After spending time with Varun Vummadi, Chris Degnan, and Chad Peets, it was clear this is a world-class group with a bold vision. Even better, I get to build alongside two of the best I know, Tyler McGrath and Chris Fisher. Time to build.

We’ve built a great product, and both Esha Dinne and I are engineers we are not sales people. That’s why we’re surrounding ourselves with the best and learning fast. Excited to welcome Chris Degnan, Snowflake’s former CRO, who took the company from $0 to $3B+ in revenue, as an advisor to Giga. Chris built one of the strongest GTM organizations in the world and is helping us do the same. He’s already deeply involved - every sales candidate joining Giga meets with Chris directly.     Excited to announce Partnership between DoorDash and Giga. Together we went from kickoff to real impact in weeks. Some Exciting Stats : Time to value: weeks, not quarters. Quality at scale: 90%+ DWR in production. Built for scale: 10B+ lifetime orders, 500K+ merchants, 8M+ Dashers, and hundreds of thousands of daily assistance requests. I’ll let Andy Fang, Co-founder of DoorDash say it better: “At DoorDash, we operate at a massive scale across services, platforms, and languages. Giga leveraged usage data to deliver measurable improvements, including fewer escalations, faster resolution paths, and more efficient workflows across our teams.
